The duration of the installation process varies depending on the size and complexity of your lighting display. For our Complete Residential Christmas Experience, which includes custom fitting, maintenance, removal, and storage, the timeframe typically ranges from a few hours to a full day.
For our Just the Labor service, it depends on the number of lights you have and how organized they are when our installers arrive. Our typical timeframe is 2-3 hours
Yes, we offer comprehensive maintenance and removal services as part of our Complete Residential Christmas Experience Package. Our team will ensure your lights stay throughout the entire holiday season.
For our Just the Labor service, Removal is included but maintenance is not as we cannot guarantee the quality of customer-provided lights.
While your presence is not required during the installation process, it is certainly welcome if you would like to be there to watch the magic happen. Whether you are present or not, our installers will ensure your display matches the design.

In the event of inclement weather, we will reach out to you to inform you if your installation has been canceled. If it has, we will work with you to reschedule your installation to a more suitable day.

Our pricing depends on several factors, including the size of your home, the complexity of the design, and the type of roof you have. The typical home and design will cost on average $500 for our “Just The Labour” service, and $1500 for the “Complete Christmas Experience”

Yes, If you book early and have your lights installed by Oct. 31st you will save 10%.

Our cancellation policy allows for you to cancel your installation at no fee up to a week prior to your scheduled installation date so long as nothing has been custom-ordered for your display.
Please refer to the contract you received/signed upon scheduling your installation.
No, we strive to provide transparent pricing, and our estimates include all installation, maintenance, removal, and storage costs for our “Complete Christmas Experience”. You will not be charged more than you were quoted.
However, if you opt for the “Just The Labour” service, there is one “Un-Tangling” fee that may be charged if the lights aren’t ready to be installed by the technicians. This fee is $125 and you will be reminded of this prior to your installation date.
